My research interests focus on four broad areas: Alliance formation and collaborative forms. Knowledge transfers and boundary spanning, particularly in complex, high technology organizations such as health care, pharmaceutical, life science, renewable energy, and nanotechnology industries. Technology transfer. STEM educational systems and policy toward societal problem-solving. Training and development of scientists and managers to enhance national competitiveness in science and technology.
