YESplus (Your Enlightened Side) is a retreat focused on energizing and calming both body and mind. Participants learn a variety of powerful breathing and meditation techniques including scientifically validated SKY Meditation. The retreat provides tools to free the mind of stress, worry & anxiety and improves focus & productivity. It is being offered FREE to all UIUC students, faculty & staff.
