Biography

Jill joined the College of Education in 1996.  She is an Administrative Assistant in the Human Resource Unit.  She has almost 25 years of campus Human Resources experience at the University of Illinois.

Jill's responsibilities include:

• Providing Search assistance for Academic Professional (AP) and Civil Service positions
• Conducting Civil Service Audits
• Appointments for Civil Service and Extra Help Clerical, including separations
• Civil Service bi-weekly payroll
• Payroll Adjustments and Benefits Usage Adjustments (ANAs) for Civil Service employees when necessary
• Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA)
• Rehire-Retire requests for APs and Civil Service in Hire Touch
• Ethics Training Monitoring 
• Providing assistance in problem solving and support for HR
• Providing College Notary services
