Biography

Elaine joined the College in 1998. She is an Accountant I for the Department of Education Policy, Organization and Leadership. She has 2 beautiful daughters and a large group of extended family and friends that keep her very busy. During her spare time she is a Design Consultant for Willow House.

Elaine's job includes: -

• Reconciles and manages the accounting transactions for EPOL.
• Oversees all grants housed in EPOL
• Provides monthly statements to the department in EPOL
• Completes the ordering for EPOL with P-card for online purchases or orders that are done through iBuy
• Trains new users in iBuy and helps with any problems
• Identifies and corrects rogue transactions, processes reimbursements and purchase orders
• Manages inventory College wide
• Works closely with User Services on equipment recommendations
• Provides back up to Facilities Manager as needed
