Biography

Ricardo Macias is pursuing a Ph.D. in Human Resource Education with a concentration in Organizational Development. He holds a M.S. degree in Engineering Economics from Stanford University. His current research interest involve organizational learning in the context of new emerging technologies aimed at enhancing the way the Internet is used to change how companies tap talent and materialize new business opportunities. Ricardo has 20+ years of corporate experience mainly with The Coca Cola Company where he participated in organizational transformation efforts and strategic planning activities, working in different countries. Ricardo also worked for three years for one of the top management consulting firms in the U.S.
