Biography

Jeanne Koehler is pursuing a Ph.D. in the Department of Human Resource Education. She holds a masters degree in HRE from UIUC, and a bachelors degree from Eureka College in English. Jeanne taught high school English for over four years, and then transitioned to a corporate career for a large insurance and financial services company. Her professional career focused on learning and development, and she was a training analyst, training supervisor, performance support staff assistant, and manager.  Her current research focuses on the complexity of organizational change within a variety of contexts including: governmental, corporate, and educational settings.
