Biography
Jennifer Goode, PhD, is a clinical assistant professor in EPOL. Her current research projects involve the personal development of executive women, particularly as it relates to self-authorship theories. Dr. Goode has several years of experience in private, education, and government sectors, providing instructional design, computer-based training development, training needs analysis, project management, training delivery, and technical writing and editing expertise. She currently works as an organizational learning consultant by providing instructional strategies, online learning systems, and knowledge management solutions to enhance organizational effectiveness.
Dr. Goode received her PhD in HRE from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (UIUC), concentrating in organizational development. She also holds a masters degree in HRE from UIUC and a bachelors degree in technical communication from Mercer University in Macon, GA.
