Research Biography

My past research has focused on the utilization of computer technology skills to increase the work productivity of business professionals in the workplace.

My current projects include longitudinal research on the career development and aspirations of women in management positions in business firms. Another current interest is diversity initiatives in education and the workplace.

I plan to conduct the third phase of my research project on the longitudinal study of the career development and aspirations of women in management positions in business firms. Through this longitudinal research I plan to develop a career development model for women who pursue management positions. Also, through my diversity research efforts I plan to evaluate the effectiveness of diversity initiatives and strategies in multinational corporations. In addition, I plan to conduct a study on the identification and classification of experts systems utilized in training and the management of human resource development programs.
