Mark is a second year M.S. student in the EPOL Higher Education program. He received his BA in psychology from Eastern Illinois University. Mark currently works as a graduate assistant for the Office of Community College Research and Leadership where he works on the Pathways to Results project and web design. His main area of interests is institutional research and educational outcomes.

Kye Hawkins is a second year Master's student in Higher Education. She works as the graduate assistant for Career Events, Planning, and Marketing at The Career Center at the University of Illinois; additionally, Kye currently holds an admissions internship with the Office of Undergraduate Admissions. She received her B.A. in Communication from DePauw University in 2006, and went on to work in college admissions for several years before returning to graduate school. Kye is particularly interested in topics relating to college access and the high-school-to-college transition.

Asako Kinase-Leggett is from Urbana, IL. She finished her BA in Geography and BS in Chemistry at UIUC, and a MA in Geography from UCSB. She is now a second-year EdM student in Higher Education Administration. She is a Teaching Assistant for Asian American Studies and is an intern for Diversity and Social Justice Education in the Office of Inclusion and Intercultural Relations.

Chaya Sandler is a second year EdM student in the Education Policy, Organization, and Leadership department with a concentration in Higher Education Administration. During the 2010-2011 academic year Chaya served as a graduate assistant with the Illini Union Board. This past summer she was the NODA (National Orientation Directors Association) intern at the University of New England in Biddeford, Maine. Other positions she currently holds on campus include Director for Weekend Entertainment on the Illini Union Board and Illinois Student Senate representative for the Graduate College. Currently Chaya is a graduate assistant with the New Student Programs division in the Dean of Students office.

Kalee Ludeks is a second year Master's student in Higher Education. She serves as the graduate assistant for both the Office of the Dean of Students and the Office of Fraternity and Sorority Affairs. She is a proud Illini alum and received her Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Communication in May 2010. Kalee is particularly interested in topics relating to student development and intercollegiate athletics.
