Jill Smart's lecture on Successful Transition from Academia to the Field of HRD

Thanks to HREC and Dr. Sandra Williams's persistent effort, Jill Smart, the f head of Accenture's People Enablement, visited the campus and gave a talk on successful transition from academia to the field of HRD. Many students in the department has attended this talk, and they benefitted a great deal from Ms. Smart's experiences, insights, and advice.
