"Issued to Student" copies are not considered official by the Graduate College. All transcripts must be sent directly to the Educational Organization and Leadership Department (333 Education Building  MC-708, 1310 S. Sixth St., University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, Champaign, IL 61820).
