What if a student does not show up in my section's list of students?
There may be up to a seven day delay between the time a student enrolls in a section and when our database records show enrollment. This is because we get our database records from the University weekly. The date of the last extract is visible on the User Web Folder section management page. To avoid manually adding students to your section, it is best to simply avoid using User Web Folders in your section until two or three weeks into the semester. If you must create a User Web Folder for a student not showing up in your section's roster, you may use the form at the bottom of that section's management page. These users must have UIUC Active Directory accounts
