Properties Files

Much of the information used to produce each web page are contained in "properties" files named properties.html. If a folder does not have a properties.html file in it, the values are inherited from the folder above it.  The purpose of the properties files is to allow repititious data such as contact phone numbers to be entered or updated only once for a given folder or web site.
