Our "Technical Support Consultants" (i.e., trouble shooters) provide computer assistance to College of Education (COE) Faculty and Staff assigned to the Education Building, Armory, Children's Research Center, and Colonel Wolfe School.
If you are in need of technical support, please call the User Services at 244-6053, fill out a request form, or visit the User Services in 1 Education Building. If we can't help you immediately, we'll create a ticket to put your request in the support queue or refer you to the right person. If it goes into the support queue, our technical support staff will attempt to respond to requests for support within 24 hours from the time you call in your problem.
