Tech Alerts Mailing List

The College is pleased to offer a way to help keep you, the College of Education community, in the know about planned and unplanned technology service disruptions (e.g., email, internet, files).

To start receiving notifications, subscribe either...

1. by visiting http://listserv.illinois.edu/wa.cgi?SUBED1=ed-techalerts&A=1 and filling out the form or
2. by sending email to listserv@listserv.uiuc.edu and including the following in the body of the message. (The subject line will be ignored.)
   
   subscribe ed-techalerts Your Full Name

This list is intended for people A) who considers it their role (officially or not) to keep informed about technology services that affect others in their unit (like a Unit Rep or liaison to CIO);  2) individuals who simply like to be informed of various technology service incidents, their progress and explanations.

While there may be some overlap, most posts here will not be posted to the ed-college-announcements mailing list because many service incidents, their status and explanations are of little interest to the broader College of Education community.
