Macintosh UAMs

UAMs is software to allow Macs to connect to file servers.

To acquire UAMs to connect to files.ed and other College servers...

• Click on the following link for the College of Education Public Server: (Note that this link only works on Mac browsers)
  • afp://public.ed.uiuc.edu
• Log in as Guest
• Mount the Public folder
• Select the Mac UAMs folder
  • For Mac OS 8-9 users, run the UAMs Installer (MacOS8-9) program
  • For Mac OS X users, select the MSUAM_for_X folder and run the Install MSUAM for X.pkg program
