College Nameplates
Nameplate Requirements
- A College of Education nameplate must be prominently displayed on all printed materials and Web sites produced by college units, including postcards, announcements, newsletters, brochures, and merchandise.
- The University's I Mark must appear on the cover of all college publications. It can be part of the College's nameplate, or displayed elsewhere on the cover of the publication if not included in the nameplate.
- The Illinois logo (I Mark with the word "Illinois") must appear on the back of or inside the publication.
IMPORTANT: How to Insert These Graphics in Word
To ensure the best quality graphics in your Word documents, do not "drag and drop" or "copy and paste" them into your document. This will result in fuzziness and/or jagged edges on your graphic. To insert graphics in Word, select Insert -> Picture -> From File from the top menu bar in Word. From the resulting dialog box, select the graphic to add. The resulting graphics should print with smooth edges in your document. If you experience problems inserting graphics into your file, contact the Communications Office at 244-8335.
