The groups that formed the College's Office of the Chief Information Officer (Office of the CIO), Communications, Information Technologies, Learning Technologies and User Services have been re-organized but are still operational and here to serve you.

Information Technologies
The IT Group provides a broad array of services to the College in four main areas: 1) Information Management/Process Improvement/Decision Support; 2) Infrastructure such as network and server administration, 3) Online Services such as email, file sharing, and web services, and 4) Workspace technologies including administration of desktop/laptop/mobile devices. Members of the IT Group can be found in room 16.
Learning Technologies
The Learning Technology team in Room 10 offers guidance to College of Education faculty as they seek the successful integration of technology into their teaching and learning environments. The Learning Technologies team also provides current best practices, expert training, and strategic assistance necessary for our College and its students to utilize technology in the most effective manner possible. User Services
User Services provides a variety of services to College faculty, staff, and students including help desk, technical support, equipment checkout, and printing and copying.
