College of Education Global Partnerships
College Partners with Yew Chung Center of Professional
and Executive Advancement

The College of Education has partnered with the Yew Chung Center of Professional and Executive Advancement (YCCPEA), based in Hong Kong, China, to establish cooperative distance learning programs between the two institutions. Initially, the College of Education will deliver online degree programs in selected disciplines to students in Hong Kong, Beijing, and surrounding areas, with facilitation and local program support rendered by YCCPEA.
YCCPEA will recruit students for online graduate degree programs in Curriculum Technology and Education Reform (CTER), Human Resource Development (HRD), and Global Studies in Education (GSE). Upon successful completion of these programs, students will receive a Master of Education (Ed.M.) degree from the University of Illinois.
