Read how an EOL degree impacted one life:
"My experiences with the EOL department, its faculty members, and its students were positive ones, providing me with the foundational knowledge in higher education, community colleges, and administration needed to begin my job as the director for academic affairs for the Illinois Community College Board. But in addition to the academic knowledge I gained during my time at Illinois, I also gained the confidence needed to ask difficult questions and to seek obscure answers to intricate and complex issues like policy and administration. With this combination of knowledge and confidence, I’m positive my transition with ICCB will be a smooth one."
-- Jessica Barrientos, new Director for Academic Affairs, Illinois Community College Board and December, 2008 EOL Graduate
